Pronounced ‘he-core’, the name Hiko is reo Māori for lightning, power, and means ‘to flash’. Fitting for someone who’s lightning fast and here to help you with all things Mercury.

Hiko is made of pure renewable energy, with a shape that symbolises the koru and infinity symbols used in our logo. These reflect our commitments to a sustainable future and 100% renewable generation.

The best way to get what you need is to ask. Hiko’s not your run-of-the-mill chatbot and loves to help. Like all good chats, make sure you ask questions, keep them short, and steer clear of keywords. Hiko’s here to help you with all things Mercury and is always learning. Remember, keep an eye out for useful links from Hiko!
