Up to 4 weeks of paid Gender Affirmation Leave if you are going through gender transition and seeking to affirm your gender.
I coordinate and participate with various teams company-wide so that we can work collaboratively to understand the end-to-end business process. From here we identify opportunities to evolve and improve where possible, and I ensure everyone’s across the changes to ensure seamless transitions to new processes.
