Yes, unused points expire 12 months after they’re earned and always expire on the last day of the month.

• If your payment matches the amount due, points may take up to seven days to appear.
  
  
• If you've paid more than the amount due, the extra amount stays as credit. You’ll see points for your payment once the credit has been allocated to a future eligible bill or charge. For example: if your bill is $200 and you pay $250, $200 is allocated to the amount due on your current bill and $50 remains as credit. Points for the payment (250) will only be applied once that credit is allocated to the amount due on your next bill. 
  
  
• If you prefer to pay the same amount each week or fortnight, SmoothPay might suit you better. You can earn points regularly, even if your payment doesn't match your bill. Learn more about SmoothPay.

   

You can change the date of your booked Free Power Day from your rewards dashboard prior to it starting. On your rewards dashboard, scroll down to YOUR REWARDS and select the Free Power Day you've booked in.

You can view your anniversary bonus details anytime on your rewards dashboard in My Account. When it's the beginning of your anniversary month, your anniversary Free Power Day will appear under YOUR REWARDS. It must be redeemed within four months, but you can book it for any date in the next 12 months. If you don't redeem your anniversary Free Power Day within four months, it will expire and won't be available anymore.
