Process Improvement Coordinator, Auckland.

Tell us about your role.

I coordinate and participate with various teams' company-wide so that we can work collaboratively to understand the end to end business process, while also identifying opportunities to evolve and improve where possible.

What do you enjoy about your job?

No two days are the same - I learn something new every day about the business and I continue to grow and develop! I joined Mercury in the Customer Engagement Centre before being seconded into Risk Control Coordinator and I’ve just been promoted to Process Improvement Coordinator.

How does Mercury make it easy for you to do your job?

Mercury gives me the flexibility to work from home with the tools and technology that all make it possible. I get regular opportunities to develop my skills, participate in ongoing training, and the people within the business are accessible and willing to help. Not to mention, the office is purpose-built and has a great coffee machine!
