FUNDING PERIODS:

ROUND 1, SPRING: 1 October to 1 December

Successful applicants will be advised in February.

ROUND 2, AUTUMN: 1 April to 1 June

Successful applicants will be advised in August.

 

Note: It is the intention that funded projects will benefit communities in the area surrounding the wind farm (defined as the Patea Ward of the South Taranaki District Council).

THE WAIPIPI WIND FARM COMMUNUTY FUND COMMITTEE

The Fund is looked after and administered by the Waipipi Wind Farm Community Fund Committee, made up of 6-8 community members who have a good understanding of the local area and where additional support (from the Fund) might make a real difference to the community.

Mercury has faith in the local knowledge of the Committee to discuss and decide the allocation of the funds. All decisions of the Committee are final.

The Committee members are:
