Get your connection sorted in time for move in day by giving us at least 4 days notice.   


New address

Have your new address handy so we can get you switched underway as soon as possible. 


Final reading

If you have a smart meter we'll sort it out for you. If not, we'll estimate it or you can give us a call with the final reading. 

New House, No Power?

If you’ve moved into a new property without power or gas, give us a call and we’ll get you connected as soon as possible.

If someone in your new home is dependent on power for medical reasons, please phone us immediately to arrange an emergency reconnection.
