I am an existing Mercury customer, how do I add broadband?

You can add broadband to your existing Mercury account by logging in to My Account online  or via the Mercury app to view your available broadband offers and complete your sign-up. Prefer to chat? Call our team on 0800 36 98 50.

How do I switch my broadband provider to Mercury?

What fibre plan is best for my household?

What routers do you supply?

On our fibre broadband plans eero routers are available to add to your plan.
On our wireless broadband plans, we'll supply you with either a Futura Modem or a Smart Modem 2. This may be a refurbished router. A postage and handling fee of $14.95 applies for delivery.

What is a refurbished router?

You may receive a refurbished wireless router when you sign up for one of our wireless broadband plans. A refurbished router is a device that has been used before but has been thoroughly tested, cleaned, and restored to ensure it performs like new. By reusing quality hardware, we reduce electronic waste and make a more sustainable choice for the environment.

How do I return my loaned wireless broadband router?

If you upgrade your broadband connection to a fibre service, or cancel your wireless broadband service, you'll need to return your wireless router to us. A return bag will be sent out to you. Please include all accessories (power adaptor and cables.)

Can I add a landline?

We offer landline services for both fibre and wireless broadband.
