You are able to use your own router, however we can not provide full support for devices not supplied by Mercury. Details on how to configure your third party router are available here.

An eero device is a router that offers improved performance, speed and range in device-dense networks where networks may have a lot of traffic. You can have up to 3 routers located at various places around your home. This creates a Mesh Wifi network. Go to the Total Home Wifi page for more information.
Fibre broadband uses underground fibre optic cables, which has the capability of sending data very close to the speed of light. This allows larger amounts of data to travel further and faster than traditional copper cables. These higher speeds expand the bandwidth for intensive applications such as Ultra High Definition TV and Video conferencing which improves the quality for multiple users.
UNLIMITED FIBRELITE
Unlimited FibreLite is suitable for small to medium households who have a few connected devices online. Best for simple streaming needs such as mobile/laptop web browsing, checking emails or standard definition streaming.
Our FibreLite plan is only available with an uncontracted electricity service or the Electricity 1 year fixed term offer

Unlimited FibreClassic is suitable for most households who have multiple connected devices and are online everyday learning, streaming, playing and working from home.
