SURVEY PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Here’s your chance to Win Wonderful with Mercury! We’ve put together the following terms and conditions, which you’ll need to agree to by entering this Survey Prize Draw Promotion:

The Prize
  1. Each winner will receive one of 10 $100 Mercury account credits.
  1. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. 
How to Enter
  1. To enter this Promotion, you must be an existing Mercury customer and not an employee of Mercury NZ Limited.
  1. You’ll need to enter the Promotion between the dates specified in any survey invitation and/or reminder. You can only enter this competition once per calendar month.
  1. To enter the Promotion you must complete and submit the survey sent to you via email.
  1. Employees of Mercury NZ Limited who complete and submit the survey will not be eligible to win the prize draw.
  1. This Promotion must be fair for everyone, so if any entries are incomplete, illegible, hacked or appear fraudulent, then we may not be able to accept the entry into the Promotion.
Picking the Winner
  1. We will randomly select 10 winners in any calendar month for which we send a survey invitation and/or reminder.
  1. If you are the winner, we will notify you via email within 14 days of the prize draw.
  1. We will do our best to contact each winner. If a winner does not acknowledge the email within 14 days of that email being sent, we may award that winner's prize to someone else.
  1. If there is a lack of clarity about who submitted the winning entry, we will award the prize to the authorised Mercury account holder used to enter the Promotion.
Privacy
  1. Personal information (e.g. your name, contact details, etc.) may be collected by Mercury or our service providers as a result of you completing and submitting your survey responses.
  1. Mercury is committed to protecting your privacy and will only collect and use your details and survey responses for the purposes of conducting the prize draw and to help improve our customer experience in the future as well as in accordance with Mercury’s privacy policy (available here).
  1. Mercury has engaged a third party service provider to assist with conducting the survey on Mercury’s behalf. Any information collected or held by that provider will be used solely for the purpose of reporting the survey responses to Mercury.
  1. You may at any time request access to, or correction of, any personal information about you held by Mercury. To access or correct your details, please get in touch with us here.
Legal Clauses
  1. Mercury does its best to make all of our promotions wonderful, but sometimes things can go wrong. If something does go wrong, Mercury and its suppliers will not be liable for any loss or damage (including personal injury) that you might suffer through participating in the Promotion or winning a prize.
  1. On occasion, things can happen that are outside of Mercury’s control and we may have to change or cancel the Promotion or these terms and conditions.
