WEEKENDER
The discount applies to the variable electricity rates between Saturday 12:00am to Sunday 11:59pm. The discount doesn’t apply to the Daily Fixed Charge or other fees and charges. Your electricity pricing is subject to change, in accordance with our Terms.
ALL NIGHTER
The discount applies to the variable electricity rates between 9:00pm to 6:59am, every night. The discount doesn’t apply to the Daily Fixed Charge or other fees and charges. Your electricity pricing is subject to change, in accordance with our Terms.
You can switch electricity plans only once per billing period. It's important to note that once you've switched to this plan, you may not be able to return to a previous electricity plan and will lose any benefits attached to that, including your previous pricing.
METER REQUIREMENTS AND TARRIFS
To be eligible, you’ll need a communicating smart meter that provides data of acceptable quality.
There may be times when we need to estimate your electricity usage, such as when your meter doesn't send through data. In these cases, we’ll estimate your peak and off-peak usage based on your past usage patterns.
If your smart meter doesn’t accurately send data for three consecutive days, you may no longer be eligible for the Weekender/ All Nighter. We'll let you know about other electricity plans you may qualify for.
OTHER DISCOUNTS
If you're eligible for more than one discount or offer on the same day, only the one with the highest value will apply. For example, if you book a Free Power Day on a date that also qualifies for an off-peak discount, only the Free Power Day will apply.
ELIGIBILITY & OTHER TERMS
