Nope, you can continue to use all your previously saved links and they'll get you to the right place.
They sure are, there's no need to update those details and if you've saved them previously they'll still work.

Log into My Account and click on My Profile > View Details in the top right hand corner. Navigate to the Details tab and scroll down to Contact Details. Here, you can click edit under Email Address and tick ‘I'm happy to receive news and offers from Mercury.’ Sorted!
