HOW DOES IT WORK?
We’re running three prize draws — one for each service we offer. If you’re already a Mercury customer you don’t need to do anything; you’re entered into a draw for every service you have with us.
ENERGY
Electricity and gas customers go in the energy draw.
BROADBAND
On a Mercury broadband plan? You’re in the broadband draw.
MOBILE
Mercury mobile customers go in the mobile draw.

FAQs
If you’re an eligible Mercury customer on 18 September 2026, you’ll be automatically added to the relevant draws for the services you have with us.
One for each service type you hold. Electricity and gas both sit under Energy, so if you have both you get one entry into the Energy draw. Hold energy, broadband and mobile and you’ll be in all three draws with one entry each.
If you join Mercury on or before the 18 September 2026, you’ll be added into the relevant draws for the services you signed up for.
If you sign up for a new service with Mercury before the 18 September, you’ll be added into the relevant draw. I.e if you are not a broadband or mobile customer now, but choose to sign up for both services, you’ll be added into two extra draws!
Entries close Friday 18 September. We’ll contact the winners directly after the draw.
