SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FOLD7 PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Here's your chance to win a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 with Mercury! We've put together the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) which you agree to by entering our “Be in to win a Samsung Fold 7!” promotion (the "Promotion").

The Promotion

  1. By entering the Promotion, one lucky Mercury customer may win a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 256GB (Jetblack), model SM-F966BZKDXNZ with a RRP of $3,249 (“Phone” or “Prize”).
  2. The promotion period runs from 2 September 2025 to 28 September 2025 ("Promotion Period").
  3. Promotion prizes (“Prize”) are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason we unfortunately can’t provide the Prize, we’ll give you another prize of the same (or greater) value.

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible to enter this Promotion, you must be a Mercury customer, living in NZ, aged 18 years or over, and be signed up to rewards. Employees and contractors of Mercury NZ Limited (or any of its subsidiaries), and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
  2. If you win the Prize, you agree to the use of your first name and the initial of your surname for promotional purposes. We love sharing good news! If you choose not to agree to this, you will no longer be eligible to win the Prize, and the winner will be redrawn.

How to Enter

  1. To enter the Promotion, download our Mercury App (if you haven't already), log in with your Mercury My Account details, and then successfully complete at least one of the 'BE IN TO WIN A SAMSUNG FOLD 7!’ challenges as set out in the 'Rewards' section of the app, under ‘EARN POINTS’. 
  2. The details for each applicable challenge, including how long the challenge will be available for (each a “Challenge Period”) will be detailed in the 'EARN POINTS' section of the Mercury App for each Challenge.
  3. Each time you successfully complete a 'BE IN TO WIN A SAMSUNG FOLD 7!’ prize draw challenge, you'll get one entry in the draw.
  4. Entries must be received by Mercury before the expiry of the Promotion Period.
  5. We want this Promotion to be fair for everyone, so if any entries are incomplete, illegible, 'hacked' or look fraudulent they may be deemed invalid at our discretion.
  6. We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, servers or providers. Nor are we responsible for any incorrect information caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion.
  7. By entering this Promotion and accepting any prize, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Picking the winner

  1. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will go in the draw. The winners will be randomly drawn within five working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
  2. If you're a lucky winner, we'll notify you by phone or email within seven days of the prize draw using the contact details associated with your Mercury account. If you cannot be contacted by us within seven days, Mercury may choose to redraw another winner at its discretion.

Privacy

  1. We’re committed to protecting your privacy. We’ll only collect and use your details for the purposes of running this Promotion.
  2. To access or correct your details, get in touch with us. Mercury’s privacy policy will apply.

Other Legal Stuff

  1. Mercury is the promoter of this Promotion. By entering, your information will only be used by Mercury - we won’t share this with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform we may use to run a Promotion. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform used to run a Promotion so Facebook, Instagram or any social media platform we may use to run a Promotion will not be liable to you for any reason.
  2. We do our best to make all of our Promotions wonderful, but sometimes things can go wrong. However, if something does go wrong Mercury and its suppliers will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (including personal injury) that you might suffer through participating in the Promotion or winning (or not winning) any Prize.
  3. Occasionally, things happen which are outside of Mercury’s control and we may have to change or cancel the Promotion or these Terms.
