TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By entering this ‘Mercury Shift Campaign' (“Promotion”) and accepting any prize, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Promotion starts at 8am 4th July 2023 and ends at 9pm31st July 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Only individuals aged 18 years or over, or an individual accompanied by someone 18 years or older are eligible to enter the Promotion.
4. Only one entry per person
5. To enter, the person aged 18 or over is required to scan the QR code, fill out all the required details on the form and submit their form. This automatically puts you into the draw.
6. Any individual who tampers with the entry process (including through dishonesty) or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions may be disqualified from the Promotion.
7. There will be one prize winner drawn at random by the 14th of August and notified via email.
8. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will go into the draw to win. The prize winner will be randomly drawn on 14th August at the Mercury offices and the winner will be notified by email using the information provided on the winning entry within one week of the prize draw. There will be one winner of the Promotion.
9. If the winner does not claim their prize by the 31st of August, the prize will be re-drawn.
10. The winner will win a Samsung prize. The prize will be: A pair of Samsung Buds2 Pro headphones valued at $379.
11. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be used in combination with any other prize competitions, promotions or discounts.
12. You may not designate someone else as the winner. If you are unable or unwilling to accept your prize, Mercury may award it to an alternate winner.
13. If you accept the prize, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to accepting the prize.
14. If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, Mercury may substitute the advertised prize for another prize which has approximately the same recommended retail price.
15. Mercury’s decision in relation to the winner(s), or any other aspect of this Promotion, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, servers or providers, or any combination thereof. Nor is it responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or by any technical or human error that may occur during the administration of this Promotion.
17. If you win a prize you agree to participate in publicity generated by Mercury (or Mercury’s marketing partners), and agree to the use of your name, address, and photo for promotional purposes.
18. At Mercury, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Mercury will collect and use your details for the purposes of running this Promotion. If you agree to take part in the promotion, Mercury may also use your details to send you marketing and promotional material. Mercury’s privacy policy (available here) will apply.
19. Mercury NZ Limited is the promoter of this Promotion and may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Mercury reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the Promotion or any element of the Promotion for any reason, including any cancellation, suspension or change necessitated by any event outside of Mercury’s control.
