The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Prize does not include any travel or accommodation, so the winner is responsible for getting themselves to Eden Park, at their cost.  

If for any reason we unfortunately can’t provide the Prize, we’ll give you another prize of the same (or greater) value.

The Promotion starts at 10 am on 7 February 2024 and ends at 9 pm on 15 February 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

To be eligible to enter this Promotion, you must be a Mercury customer, living in NZ, aged 18 years or over, and have signed up for rewards through My Account or the Mercury App. Employees and contractors of Mercury NZ Limited (or any of its subsidiaries), and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter this Promotion.

If you win a prize, you agree to the use of your first name and the first letter of your surname for promotional purposes. We love sharing good news!

To enter the Promotion, download our Mercury app (if you haven't already), log in with your Mercury My Account details, and then successfully complete at least one of the 'WIN A DOUBLE PASS TO A CONCERT THIS SUMMER' challenges as set out in the “Rewards” section of the app, under ‘Ways to Earn’.

The details for each applicable Challenge, including how long the challenge will be available for (a “Challenge Period”) will be detailed for each Challenge in the “Rewards” section of the app, under "Ways to Earn".

Each time you successfully complete a 'WIN A DOUBLE PASS TO A CONCERT THIS SUMMER' challenge within the Challenge Period, you'll get one entry in the draw.

We want this Promotion to be fair for everyone, so if any entries are incomplete, illegible, 'hacked' or look fraudulent may be deemed invalid at our discretion.

We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, servers or providers. The winner will be randomly drawn within five working days of the end of the Promotion Period.  

If you're a lucky winner, we'll notify you by phone or email within seven days of the prize draw using the contact details associated with your Mercury account. If you cannot be contacted by us within seven days, Mercury may choose to redraw another winner at its discretion.  

If it isn’t clear who submitted the winning entry, we will award the prize to the authorised account holder of the social media account used to enter the Promotion.
