WEEKENDER AND ALL NIGHTER FAQS

Learn more about our Weekender and All Nighter electricity plans.
How are these plans different from normal pricing plans? On our other plans, you pay the same rate for your electricity no matter the time or day. With the Weekender and All Nighter, the price of your electricity changes depending when you use it.
Will my electricity prices change? Yes, with these plans you would move to a new set of rates. This includes a higher peak rate and a lower off-peak rate. 
Are these plans right for me? If you’re able to shift your energy usage to off-peak times, these plans might be the best fit for you. But if you tend to use more power during weekdays or prefer to stick to your usual routine, a flat rate plan might be a better option.
Can I save money on these plans?

The more you shift your energy usage to off-peak times, when rates are lower, the more you can potentially save.

For example, running appliances like dishwashers and washing machines during off-peak times can help reduce your electricity bill.

Can I change between plans? Yes, you can change between our electricity plans — just keep in mind this can only be done once per billing cycle. If you'd like to change plans, please contact us on 0800 10 18 10 or chat with us. Your new plan will begin at the start of your next billing period. We’ll be in touch to confirm the date.  
When does my plan start? Once you have submitted your plan change request, the new plan will start at the beginning of your next billing period after we accept the change. We’ll be in touch to confirm this date.
What will my bill look like? Your bill will show different rates for electricity used during peak and off-peak times. 
How do I track my electricity usage? You can track your electricity usage using My Account or the app.
I’m moving house, can I keep this plan? You may be able to keep your Weekender or All Nighter plan when you move, but this will depend on a few factors, like whether there is a smart meter at your new property.
