Our Diverse Emerging Leaders programme helps emerging leaders in our business grow their leadership capability and sense of belonging by embracing their cultural identity and the uniqueness they bring. 

During the programme, participants explore topics such as resilience, authenticity, conflict management, courageous conversations, career development strategies, and managing the imposter phenomenon.

The impacts of this programme not only directly contribute to our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion targets but more broadly we are beginning to see an increase in our cultural maturity, competence and confidence - leading to inclusivity and greater sense of belonging for all our people.

 The Diverse Emerging Leaders programme allowed me to realise that I do have a voice, I do deserve more and most importantly that I was already doing that, I just needed to give myself permission to embrace it.
