Direct Debit is a hassle-free way to pay your power bill each month. Plus, you’ll receive an additional 2% off when you also receive your bill by email.
Setting up a Direct Debit is easy, here’s how you do it:
For residential customers, head to Bills & Payment in My Account, then scroll down to 'Regular Payment' and add your bank details.
Business and residential customers can download a Direct Debit authority form and post it back to us at:

Pay your bill with your credit card and make the most of your credit card rewards scheme. You can set up a recurring* credit or debit card payment online in My Account (Visa, Mastercard only).
*A 0.71% surcharge applies to recurring credit / debit card payments).
Please note that credit/debit card transactions are not available for large commercial accounts i.e. time of use supplies.
Manage automatic payments all from your banking app, it’s that easy. Simply authorise your bank to make an automatic payment at regular intervals (this can be monthly to coincide with your bill).
