ECC Mercury Plan

The following terms and conditions for the ECC Mercury Plan (“Plan”) are for members of the Early Childhood Council ("ECC") only:
 

1. The ECC Mercury Plan is only available to ECC members.
    
2. If you cease to be an ECC member you will:
   1. move to Mercury’s standard Prompt Payment Discount, and
   2. no longer receive a $50 credit on your account for every new residential customer who quotes the special ECC code and the name of your centre when they switch to Mercury.
       
3. The Plan may not be combined with any of Mercury’s other partnership plans.
    
4. Mercury reserves the right to change the terms of the Plan, by giving you 30 days written notice, if their contract with the ECC ends.
    
5. This deal is also subject to Mercury’s Standard Terms and Conditions for Business Customers, Airpoints and Mercury’s Airpoints terms.
