Enter your details to win Terms and Conditions
You can enter the promotion only between 4pm on Friday 20 May 2016 and 10:45am on Monday 30 May 2016 (“the promotion period”). Mercury accepts no responsibility for lost or late entries.
For a chance to win, you must send a copy of your childcare centre’s non-Mercury power bill to
commercialoutbound@mercury.co.nz
or visit Mercury and spin the wheel on our stand for a chance to enter before 10.45am on Friday 29 May 2016.
For an extra chance to win, you must provide your name and contact details and complete the on-site –survey at the Mercury stand before 2pm on Sunday 29 May 2016.
The winner will be contacted on Friday 3 June 2016 Mercury’s decision in relation to the winners of the promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be contacted in person or by telephone. If the winner cannot be contacted within 15 days of the close of the promotion a new winner will be selected randomly.
The winning entry will receive two prizes consisting of 1 x $1000 Visa Prezzy® Card
for the centre and 1 x Fit Bit for the individual who entered the centre details.
The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Mercury reserves the right to use the winner’s name, city or town and photo for reasonable publicity associated with the promotion.
Mercury will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, Mercury reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prize and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authority.
Employees of Early Childhood Council, Event Dynamics Limited, Mighty River Power Limited, or their advertising agencies, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible for entry into the promotion.

Mercury is not responsible for any loss, cost, technical or other problems associated with use of the Visa Prezzy® Card, and, together with NZ Post, will not be liable to any person if the prize is lost or not delivered for any reason.
