Home Insulation Assessment

1.    The winner of the ‘Free Power’ prize draw will receive free power for 1 year, to the maximum value of $2,500 (including GST).  If the winner’s power bill is less than $2,500 (including GST), we will not be able to offer any cash alternative or carry the credit over.

2.    Should the winner of the ‘Free Power’ prize cease to be a customer of Mercury Energy during the 1 year period they will no longer be eligible for this prize.

3.    Only one entry per household.

4.    Mercury customers will automatically be entered into the draw once their details are sent across to Harrisons Home Insulation to arrange an insulation audit

5.    Entries will close at 5pm on 31^st December 2012.

6.    The winner will be drawn on 7^th January 2013 and notified by 5pm on 10 January 2013.

7.    Mercury Energy’s decision is relation to the prize draw (including but not limited to eligibility) shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.    This prize is not redeemable for cash.

9.    Mercury Energy reserves the right to use the winner’s name, city or town and photo for publicity associated with the draw.

10.    Employees of Mighty River Power and its advertising agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the ‘Free Power’ prize competition.
