At Mercury Energy, we offer several discounts that save you money each month. These are:

Prompt Payment Discount If you pay your account in full, by the discount expiry date you are eligible for the 10% Prompt Payment Discount*.

EasyPay Discount If you pay your bill electronically by direct debit, automatic payment, telephone banking or internet banking you're also eligible for our 1% EasyPay discount** - provided your bill is paid in full, by the discount expiry date.

Dual Fuel Mercury Dual Fuel customers automatically receive a further 15 cents per day saving - our way of saying thanks for signing on with Mercury Dual Fuel.

* Smaller or no discounts may apply to some plans. Does not apply to Special Fees.

** The 1% EasyPay discount for electronic payment (where the bill is paid in full by the discount expiry date, excluding payments by credit card or eftpos) will be calculated on the total current charges of the relevant bill, and will appear as a credit on the next bill. 1% EasyPay discount applies to all residential customers other than those on a prepay product.
