We have a number of price plans available. To determine which is the best plan
for you, it's important to consider the amount of electricity you use and the
metering set-up at your property. The following information explains this in
more detail.

Pricing options based on your electricity consumption and meter setup
In your network we have two price plans available - these are dependent on your
energy usage and apply to all properties that are a primary residence*:

Low User Plans
This is the best option for those who use less than 8,000 kWh per year.

Standard Plans
This is the best option for those who use more than 8,000 kWh per year
*Where a property is not a primary residence, only the Standard

Power is available 24 hours a day to a meter,
but fixed heating load (typically for hot water) can be controlled** on the
same meter by the network for a maximum of 7 hours in any one day. |

All power is available 24 hours a

Two meter plan where power to one meter is
available 24 hours a day and no load can be controlled** by the network and a
second meter that only supplies a hard-wired appliance (typically for hot
water) that can be controlled** by the network for a maximum of 7 hours any one
day. |

Night |
Two meter plan with one meter for
uncontrolled electricity and a 2nd meter that is controlled (typically for hot
water) for up to 16 hours per night by the network company. |

ComboNight |
Three meter plan, one meter for uncontrolled
electricity, another that is controlled (typically for hot water) for up to 7
hours per day by the network company and the third that is controlled for up to
16 hours per day by the network company. |

Anytime 3P160 |
One meter plan for houses with 3 phase 160 amperes. |
**Controlled load - this means that the electricity supply
(typically for hot water heating) can be turned off during peak times for an
allocated period determined by the network company.
