for you, it's important to consider the amount of electricity you use and the
metering set-up at your property. The following information explains this in
more detail.

Pricing options based on your electricity consumption and meter setup
In your network we have two price plans available - these are dependent on your
energy usage and apply to all properties that are a primary residence*:

Low User Plans
This is the best option for those who use less than 8,000 kWh per year.

Standard Plans
This is the best option for those who use more than 8,000 kWh per year

Power is available 24 hours a day to a meter, but fixed heating load (typically
for hot water) can be controlled** on the same meter by the network for a
maximum of 6 hours in any one day. |

All power is available 24 hours a day. |

Combination |
Two meter plan where power to one meter is available 24 hours a day and no load
can be controlled** by the network and a second meter that only supplies a
hard-wired appliance (typically for hot water) that can be controlled** by the
network for a maximum of 4 hours any one day. |

DayNight |
Two meter plan, one for day time usage and another for night time usage. |
**Controlled load - this means that the electricity supply
(typically for hot water heating) can be turned off during peak times for an
allocated period determined by the network company.
