Direct Debit is a hassle free way to pay your Mercury Energy bill each
month. Direct Debit means we automatically deduct your monthly
balance from your bank account. You'll always receive a statement
approximately 21
days before each payment is deducted, so you have plenty of time to
check or query your bill.
How can I sign up for Direct Debit?
Residential customers who bank with ANZ, ASB, BNZ, Kiwibank, TSB,
PSIS, Rabobank or National Bank, can apply online today.

If you require joint signatories simply download a
Direct Debit
authority
form and post back to Mercury Energy, Freepost Mercury, Private
Bag 92008, Auckland 1142. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Service Team on
0800 10 18 10
and we'll set up your Direct Debit payment over the phone*.
Once you have registered to pay your bill by Direct Debit we will
send you a letter to confirm your request and let you know that the
Direct Debit Authority has been processed. You should continue to
pay your Mercury Energy bill as you normally would until you receive this
letter.
