Move house online

If you are an existing Mercury customer moving house you can start the process to change your energy supply today. What you need to do if you’re moving house:

  Set aside around 10 minutes of your time
 
  Give us your current account details and the date you’re moving out
     
  Give us your new address and the date you’re moving in
     
  Give us a final meter reading at the address you're leaving, or
let us estimate it for you
 
If you do not have all the required information, your form can be saved part way through, which allows you to return at a later time to complete the process.

Simply click the ‘Exit form and complete later’ button when it appears and we’ll send you an email with information on how to return.
