Manage your account

You can check and manage your Mercury Energy account online or over the phone 24 hours a day.

Online

"My Account" is a secure section within this website. It contains all your details, and can be accessed anytime to:

  • Check your account balance and payment due date
  • See when your next meter reading is scheduled
  • Find out when you'll receive your next bill
  • Monitor your energy usage via your Energy Usage Graph
  • Update your price plan and view your Price Plan Rebate details
  • Set up credit card payments (subject to eligibility and acceptance)
  • Review your bills and download bill data into a convenient excel spreadsheet
  • Register for Mercury OneBill™, Star Supporters Club donation and Online Bill
  • Update your Account details, e.g. mailing address, contact numbers, email address
  • Add an authorised account holder to manage your energy account on your behalf
  • Add a preferred contact to assist with disconnection or payment issues

To register for My Account:

Follow the easy instructions and Register online or call our Customer Service Team on 0800 10 18 10 to set up a login and password. Have your Mercury Energy account number on hand (it's printed at the top of your bill).

Once you've registered, click on the "Login to My Account" button below and follow the simple instructions to log in.

Over the phone:

You can use our secure automated telephone service to:

  • Check your account balance
  • See when your next meter reading is scheduled
  • Set up or change your payment option
  • Find out when you'll receive your next bill
  • Request a copy of your latest bill

To set up and use the automated telephone service:

Call our Customer Service Team on 0800 10 18 10 and register a PIN number. Have your Mercury Energy account number on hand (it's printed at the top of your bill).

Once you've registered, phone 0800 10 18 10 or (09) 580 3566 and follow the simple voice instructions.

Please note: the availability of some options for My Account and the automated phone service depends on the way your account is set up.
