The electricity marketplace can sometimes seem like a complicated place. We’re here to make it easy. Mercury Energy offers a range of pricing and supply options that allow you to choose the package that best matches your company’s usage patterns. On top of that, our experienced Account Managers are always available to give specialist advice and answer your questions. The way your electricity price is calculated will depend upon the type of meter you have. Most of our large customers have a Time of Use Meter (TOU) that records energy in half-hourly intervals (the intervals in which electricity is bought and sold in the wholesale market). As a result, they have access to excellent usage and price data that can help them buy and use electricity more efficiently. Mercury also understands how important the Request for Price (RFP) process is and attempts to put together a plan to suit your business.

from other companies involved in the process, including lines companies,
meter companies and industry related charges. Charges from these
companies are passed on to customers at cost by Mercury Energy. The key information is the amount payable for the energy you have consumed. This will vary, depending on the sort of contract you have chosen.
