A simple and convenient way to pay. All you need to do is fill in a direct debit authority form, and we'll automatically deduct your monthly balance from your bank account. You'll receive a statement approximately 21 days before each payment is made, so you can keep an eye on your account. It takes approximately 21 days from the day we receive your form to set up direct debit as your payment option so you will need to pay any bill you receive during that time using an alternative method.

Those of you who like to do your banking online can easily add Mercury Energy to your payment options. When you receive your monthly account, just go online and transfer the amount due from your bank account.
