To make managing your accounts easier at Mercury, we offer you a choice of payment options:
Direct Debit
A simple and convenient way to pay. All you need to do
is fill in a direct debit authority form, and we'll automatically
deduct your monthly balance from your bank account. You'll
receive a statement approximately 21 days before each payment
is made, so you can keep an eye on your account. It takes
approximately 21 days from the day we receive your form
to set up direct debit as your payment option so you will
need to pay any bill you receive during that time using an
alternative method.
To download a direct debit authority form, click the button
below. Please fill it in and return to Mercury Energy Private Bag 92008 Victoria Street West Auckland 1142.

Automatic Payment
With this option, you authorise your bank to make an automatic
payment at regular intervals into your Mercury Energy account
(you decide the amount of the payment and the intervals between
payments).
To download an automatic payment authority form, click the
button below. Please fill it in and return it to your bank.

Cheque
If you prefer to pay your Mercury
Energy account the old-fashioned way, just write out your
cheque each month, and mail it back to us in the reusable,
reply-paid envelope.
