To use My Account for the first time simply click the register
button below and follow the instructions. You will need to enter
your Account Number (printed on the top of your bill) and your ICP
Number (printed in the right column of your bill) and then your
chosen password.

You'll also be asked to enter a new ‘password hint’ which will
allow you to access My Account in the future, should you forget your
password.
When choosing a My Account password:
- It must be between 4 - 10 characters long.
- It cannot be the same as your account number.
- Your password hint cannot be the same as your password.
- As an extra security precaution you should choose a unique
password that you DO NOT use for other accounts or services.
- You should not include common words or names.
- It is also a good idea to use some uppercase letters,
lowercase letters, numbers or symbols. This will help to ensure
you create a strong password.
If you have already registered for My Account go straight to the
login page and enter your
Account Number and password.
