Classic Fixed Rate


Below is an example of a Classic Fixed Rate bill.

Payments and other transactions processed since your last invoice. Our GST Number (for business tax purposes). Your name and mailing address. Your account manager will be able to assist you with any account queries. Phone Mercury Energy on this number for account enquiries. Your account number. Period of time this invoice is for. Total charges for current billing period. The number you should ring if you wish to report a fault. Due date. Our mailing address. Payment received and processed by Mercury Energy. Mercury Energy’s parent company Address power is being supplied to. Your ICP number is a unique number given to the connection point between your site and the network company’s line, used by the industry to determine line charges and switching information.

This is a summary of your current charges separated by Mercury Energy and your Lines Company. Energy Charge for your current usage at your contract rates (details on the following pages). This is a monthly fee (details on the following pages). This graph indicates your monthly electricity usage by dollars. Charges passed through from the lines company. This graph indicates your monthly electricity usage by consumption. 

This is the main network point that your electricity is being supplied from. This details the calculations used to work out your current charges. Charges passed through from the lines company.

Management fee details. Metered kWh used for the month. Metered kWh used for the last month. Metered kWh used for this month last year. Useful energy at maximum demand. Actual energy at maximum demand. Average energy cost for the month. The difference between the maximum energy usage per period for a month and the average energy usage per period for a month.The higher the number, the more efficient your company is. How much actual energy (kWh Maximum Demand) is actually converted to useful energy (kVA Maximum Demand), thus it measures how efficiently you use your energy.
