From us you don't have to rely on an estimate. We read your meter every month, so you pay only for the energy you've actually used.
We offer a monthly meter reading service to all our customers. However, it may not always be possible for us to access your meter. If for example your meter's inside and no staff are on the premises at the time. In these cases it is normal for us to estimate as accurately as possible your consumption.
