As part of the 'engine
room', the Technical Data and Operations teams
drive the technology, data collection, customer
switching , billing, pricing, analysis and
reporting requirements of Mercury Energy.
The teams work with varied
metering technology, advanced 'mass market'
billing technology, other Retailers and
customers in the switching process, and have
excellent data and reporting resources. The
Technical Data and Operations areas feature a
range of challenging and varied roles that
provide essential support within the
organisation and offer the opportunity to work
cross-functionally with Mighty River Power's
Metering, Generation and Trading groups, key
suppliers, third parties and other industry
participants.
The variety, challenge and
