Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s)
As part of an intake of new CSR’s, you’ll
enter a four-week training period where you’ll
soon learn there’s a lot more to the energy
industry than getting the power hooked up!
Covering everything from electricity generation
to metering, billing and technical training for
SAP, this induction provides our new employees
with the skills to handle a range of customer
requirements right from the start.
To be successful in the role, CSR’s must be
computer literate and have good keyboard skills,
along with the ability to multi-task in a busy
environment. Your engaging personality and
effective manner will make it easy to respond
professionally to customer enquiries and
cross-sell the features and benefits of relevant
Mercury products and services. Excellent
communication skills and attention to detail are
clearly a necessity.
A roster that covers hours between 7.30am and
9.00pm Monday-Friday offers some degree of flexibility, while a
friendly, team-based culture, on site gym and
tennis court and plenty of social events make
